Welcome Janet,

I moved this post. I saw your posts in all three places, this is the best place to find all of us the Main Message Board. Why don't you tell us some of your history and what meds your doc put you on.

Many of us have found meds to be very helpful and some of us have found a gluten free diet to be the answer. A combination of drugs and diet has worked well of some of us too.

Ask any question you like, nothing is too gross! You've found a great group of people.

Love, Jean

PS I assume that means you're Irish? This disease seems to target us!
Be kind to everyone, because you never know what battles they are fighting.

Hi Jan,

Welome to our online family. There are some tips on how to add images to your posts in the How to Use Avatars and Include Images in Your Posts, forum, and there is information on how to use other features of this board in the Technical Assistance forum.

They're located here:

http://www.perskyfarms.com/phpBB2/viewforum.php?f=14

and here:

http://www.perskyfarms.com/phpBB2/viewforum.php?f=10

Or, feel free to ask anything you want. We are here to help, in any way we can.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

:welcome:

You've found the nicest people in the world. Ask anything, or share what has worked for you. I'm sure you'll find someone whose situation is similar to yours, and people whose personalities click with yours. (And if you have MC, that's everyone here, I guess. We're a pretty exclusive group.)

Take all our advice with a grain of salt: each of us is different, and we're not doctors (except for Polly), just people who pool our research and experience with this weird condition.

Love, Marsha
