Hi Friends,
I have been looking into making my own dish soap. I feel so...Little House on the Prairie.....so not me. The recipes that I have come up with call for castile soap and I am not sure where this comes from or what's in it. There are just too many chemicals in the regular dishsoaps for me to figure out what they really are. Does anyone happen to know what is in castile soap?
Love,
Cristi

Hi Cristi,
I've been using Kirk's Castile Soap for as long as I can remember, (the original bar soap). It's based on coconut oil, rather than animal by-products, and it's free of all the aggravating additives found in other soaps. I find it locally at various grocery stores.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
