Hiya Oma the Herb Lady!
I am also part Cherokee (on my father's side)! Unfortunately, I have not done research on it but would appreciate if you would share if/when you find anything.
I have recently downloaded some indian music with flutes and such for my relaxation library.
Good luck in your search.
What exactly are you looking for? Maybe I can help!

Morning Oma,
If you let me know what your are interested in, I can give you a number of good ones. Frank and I both have a part being Southern Cheynee and the story is actually longer than that. We belong the the Museum of Native Americans at the Smithsonian and they are a good research tool. If you go there they have a whole computer room that you can sit in and research all day.
Love, Maggie

Hi Oma,
Do you have the URL of the official website of The Cherokee Nation?
http://www.cherokee.org/Home.asp
I think you will find this site VERY interesting:
http://www.manataka.org/page81.html
Besides the Cherokee Syllabary, it even includes a link to a Cherokee dictionary.
Love,
Tex

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
