Luce and Tex,

Thanks for this interesting article. It is further justification for my diet of REAL food (nothing processed). I have always worried about all of those unpronounceable chemicals we see listed on a canned or packaged food.

Are we more sensitive to excito-toxins than "normal" people? I read that guys book a couple years ago because I would get HAMMERED by any processed food. Felt unable to add 2 + 2. His description of how the food industry disguises the labeling was vital for me.

My chiro said some people are more sensitive because of leaky gut, and the blood/brain barrier. I think my barriers are more porous than our border with Mexico.
