I'm sure it is a tinkerbell.. I"ve looked at it several times and thought so before you mentioned it..

It's probable that somewhere along the way, someone took the original frog one you use in your signature and revamped it to tease some chick on some forum who named herself "tinkerbell".. that's MY guess anyway.. then they zipped ALL of their emoticons, despite their personal meanings, up to pass on to someone who had none.

Just my thoughts on tinkerbell..
