Hi everyone,

Just wanted to say hi and what a good feeling to see everyone again. I know I don't post much (work keeps me to busy) but I do try to keep up with what is going on with everyone. This site looks wonderfull and when I get some free time I'll check it out more.

I have missed you very much - you were one to share your fitness stories with us long ago; I enjoyed it very very much and you impressed me with your Marathon achievement. I hope you are feeling better now and walking, jogging, playing etc.
