I belong to Barnes and Noble bookclub and was unable to find the cookbook you referenced. Bummer! Did you find it at a chain store?
I did find 32 other cookbooks which I copied and pasted to a word file for future reference. I found them for menu's, receipe's, baking, pies, cakes and bread!
Q? - why do they say "wheat-free" and "gluten-free"? Are they lumping the whey, barley, etc. into the Gluten portion and separating the wheat from the gluten? Strange!

"Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn't learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we didn't learn a little, at least we didn't get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn't die; so, let us all be thankful." -- Buddha

Sorry I didn't see this sooner, Mars!!!!
Yes, I got it at Barnes And Noble chain store. Perhaps you could just find it on the net?? Go to www.amazon.com. They have ALL the books I've ever wanted, including OLD Dr. Seuss collector's items sold used! Just go there, and do a search for the title, and choose the category books.
BTW some people are only allergic to Wheat, while others are allergic to gluten... so there is some difference, but it's true that everyone allergic to gluten IS allergic to wheat.
