I am thinking my pains were night time (leg ones) upper thigh area. These all went away after taking gluten out of my diet. At this time it was hard to even get up out of the bed in the morning too. Can MC'ers get bone pain, too, perhaps? Could very well be maybe?
Pain I get now is when I get up in the morning. Lasts a bit and then goes away. Low tailbone area is where the flare up is located. Muscular? Appears others on the board can relate. Just got a tempur pedic mattress so don't believe my bed is the case. Just annoying.
Another long day for me-but hope a good one for you

Hi Mary Jo. A few years ago I had back pain, too, and it got pretty bad. My PCP ordered an MRI which was normal. He suggested that I sleep with a soft pillow between my knees (or behind them when sleeping on my back) as that aligns the spine properly. I think it's helped a lot. I also bought a new box spring and mattress - the best money I've spent in years!!! Good luck.
