What Vitamins do you take? I know you said you were taking Flax seed oil. I recently Added Ester-E and Ester-C instead of the reular E and C. Had no problems with them and I also added Evening Primrose. I read that it helps brain function as well as possibly reduce breast cancer risk.
You get around so well, and was just wondering what you take?
Here's My list:
Glucosomine
Flax seed Oil Evening primrose
Ester-C
Ester-E
Calcium w/D
Daily Multi-Vitamin
Magnesium

Hi Oma,

Glucosamine Sulphate with Chondroitin
Flax Seed Oil
Fish Oil

Lutein (for my eyes - I have drusen)

I need to get some vitamin D on hand, in case a flu epidemic comes along.
