Crockpot Cranberry Pork Tenderloin

Post by Dee »

Mix 1 can whole-berry cranberry sauce, 1 onion chopped, 1 can apricot nectar, 1/2 cup chopped, dried apricots and 1/2 cup sugar, and 2 tsp. cider or white vinegar, 1 tsp. each of dry mustard and salt. Put mixture in the bottom of the crockpot, then place the 2 1/2# pork tenderloin on top. Spoon some of the cranberry mixture over top the pork. Cook on low 8-9 hours. Remove and slice and spoon sauce over pork.....
