Really Good Hummus

Post by Dee »

2 cups chick peas (keep some of the juice from the can)
2/3 cup tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 minced cloves of garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cumin
EVO
Put the first 6 ingredients in a food processor or a blender. Mix until it is smooth. If it is too thick you can thin it out by using a little juice from the can of chickpeas or add a little oil.
