Talk about a good excuse to indulge. LOL. It also helps to keep blood pressure low. It doesn't get any better than this, does it?

Love,

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Yum!!! Cocoa!!
As soon as I get more of my hemp seed milk, I'm going to make up a dry mix using cocoa powder and mix it with the milk for hot chocolate!!!!!
From what I read, they say that the higher % of cocoa in a product the better it is for you healthwise... I buy Enjoy Life semi-sweet chocolate chips that have only evaporated cane juice, chocolate liquor, and non-dairy cocoa butter and melt it down, take some unsulphered coconut and mix the two together and make my own haystack candy.... Reminds me, I'm due to make some more of those.
Thanks for the post Wayne!!
Love

When I was young, my grandma made hot chocolate and stored it in airtight containers by mixing cocoa and powerded milk. It sure was yummy!
