Suzanna first of all I had to laugh when U posted ASACOL floats--
When I was taking it----thats what happened to me----Xcept one morning I seen **3*** capsules floating in the rivers of the ROYAL THRONE---so I ran to the Pharmacy---and the pharmacist told me STOP immediately and call your DR.
Which I did --and he said---thats OK---U R getting the inners of the Asacol and @ times the casing usually comes out BUT 3 @ a time!!
Yes, I always inspected the bowl--- --
Anyway---Asacol did nothing for me--neither Pepto--allergeric to the Bismuth in it--
Sounds tho---that U are getting on the right road---good luck--
NOW to the sit and be fit-----thanks for your offering of information but it is simply Xercizers --with weights--sitting and standing---we do tricepts and all the other *cepts* and then Xtend legs---stand in back of chair--with one leg wrapped around the other ankle and lift up and down and visa-versa--stretch and rotate arms---do some Xtending of one leg and the other back and then reach/touch the front of the Xtending front foot and etc. also put weights on top of legs and lift up and down--I now use 2--5lbs
U see about 18 years back---I got up every morning and worked out with Denise Austin (naturally she on TV-- ) so I kinda have been limber---
Thank U again for asking-----any replies--would be interesting--BTW--its an hour class---we do 2 classes---one after the other cus its 2 different teachers---AND my friend CARMEN WONT let me sit still on vacation she also signed us up for *walking* on the track!!!
DEE---now I use 5 lbs. weights----the others were getting too easy--Louie has the ankle weights and he wants me to walk around with them--I think he wants to keep me in SLOW MOTION!!! --just hand weights--

Anyway Suzanna and Dee--my real luve is YOGA---and I do Tai Chi @ home--have a dvd---
When I started Yoga I thought NO WAY am I going to bend and form in those shapes BUT I have---and I luve it--
Here in AZ---its in the Udell Rec. GYM. and I dont care for it cus its about 30+ peoples spawled out and the instructor is unable to watch all of us--to correct any stance--
At home we are about 8---and Jo-Tee--plays these great tapes-which really set the mood and we also do (@times) the OMMM chant and that really is soothing--and she is a true yoga-teacher--she is from India--got her training there and when she moved here continued---I luve her--
So ladies---I think that covers it all---
OH!!!! do either of U remember Jack LaLane waaaaaaaaaaaaaay back---
Well -TV--again and he would start out by saying----*OK, put down that coffee and cigarette--get up and Xercise with Jack*
Boy, I thought he was talking RIGHT @ me----so I quick got up---hahaha
I still have my (black--no sugar) but I stopped smoking long time back---thankfully--
