Hi All,
Apparently the trials of the zonulin receptor antagonist drug, which is targeted at gluten reactions suffered by celiacs, are proceeding well. Dee sent me a link to this report:

If this project succeeds, hopefully, those of us who are gluten sensitive, will have the option of swallowing a pill before each meal, and eating whatever we want, without fear of a gluten reaction.
