Understand the need for eye uplifts---Lou has to go for a special test first ,@ the optomologist, which in turn will be send back to this SURGEON and then defined NOT COSMETIC---

Yes----this issue is causing him some *total* seeing issues---

I didnt know that he had gotten this prescription from the SURGEON!!!!

JUst so they cover the cost you will be fine. And it is definitely termed Non-Cosmetic.

You 2 are having way too many medical issues and deserve a break.
