Bird! Birds! Birds!
Our front yard area has become sort of like an International airport and stop over for many many birds. Plus it's mating season and was it ever noisy this morning. The sissor tails are vocal about mating. Still don't know what bird belongs to that strange looking nest. But keep watching. There's a woodpecker (white for most of his body except for tail and wings, has a red spot on top of head) that likes to empty the feeder til he comed to the sunflower seeds. He hangs upside down and chows down. Yesterday I watched the birds while making a turtle chocolate cheese cake. It was neat. I got so Involved that I didn't realize I was finished with the cheese cake. It turned out fine. Love Oma

It's amazing to watch the female red cardinals, thye attack the truck mirrors. They are very territorial and think they are looking at a rival female. Cheese cake was good too, even if I did make it myself. Ha Ha Love Oma
