Thyroid Scan--interesting to me

Post by barbaranoela »

I had no idea---as to what this SCAN would be like---considering I had scans---

I went into a semi-looking cat machine---
Legs had to be crossed---and kept that way for entire time
Scan of stomach area to see how far the iodine ran
then lying with head folded over a wedge--scanned 20 minutes
then head rolled to right and then to left--20 minutes each roll

And then finished---

So shall know by the end of the week--

Also quite surprised that my vertigo didnt kick in--specially with head hanging backwards--that was a plus--

---Mr. Louie has decided that the inners of this house needs painting---
I want to hire painters cus I know it would be done lickedly split and the furniture wouldnt get painted along with the walls and ceilings--

And of course the answer was NO-WAY
So I must do some meditating to keep calm--

Barbara,

Wow! That's a long time to be scanned. I'm glad it went smoothly.

Lou must really enjoy remodeling and repair type work. I'm just the opposite - I hate that stuff. LOL.

I hope your meditating works.

Hi Barbara.

Now that sounds like some kind of a scan and as Tex said, a long time consuming one. Hope all of the results are positive.

Frank and I talked long and hard this weekend. I am exhausted 90% of the time and just had more blood work, etc. and no reason for it. I don't feel that any diet I am using is helping me and I just have to slow down. He hired somebody to start cutting the grass after the new mower would not work and I am going to hire somebody to do the big cleaning once a month. The slow down has to start sometime and now is it. Tell Louie to hire the darn painter and it will be done lickety split. One job Frank would in no way volunteer for. He is with Tex - hire somebody.

Take care, Love, Maggie
