Anybody missing their chocolate pudding??

Post by Dee »

In a bowl combine 3 tablespoons arrowroot or (whatever thickerner you can tolerate) with 2 tablespoons water
Take a saucepan and over medium heat stir in 1-1/2 cups of non-dairy milk, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla,1/4 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of cocoa powder, then the thickener mixture.
Cook until it thickens.
Take it off stove and let it set for 5 minutes.
Pour into a container and cover and it will thicken as it chills in the fridge.
