Post by barbaranoela »

So hooray----finally know I have and am being treated for hyPERTYROIDISM---and I am going to be a nice person and say :banned: it~~~~~~

I am suffering so much with day and Night sweats(more so) that I am drained----they were here and there but appears the pass fews dayz INCREASING---changing clothes 2-3 times a night--

I FOUND OUT WHY!!!!!

Due to it being** HYPER**-----the pattern of SWEATS is being caused by a hormone that MIMICS MENOPAUSE---and this is called PSEUDOMENOPAUSE-----
Mybody is being fooled into thinking that I have to go thru this----

I got up this morning *soaked* and now I am getting on the PHONE to call the Endo. to see what do I do???
Wait it out?
How long will this go on for?
Will it be till my levels are evend out????

We had discussed this Friday---but it was simply Xplained to me by my retired ER nurse and her sister-----yesterday!!!

Tell ya this is a bitch!!!! sorry!!!!!

luve Barbara---a drained---ragged :duh: person----

WoW Barbara!! I didn't know that hyperthyroid caused so much tiredness (although the low iron would). Well, I didn't know about the sweats either. Noboby wants to go through THAT twice!!

I hope the Endo can do something or give you something to help.
