Kathy - trike

Post by Liz »

Kathy I have not ridden the trike for a few months because of problems that I have had with my legs after the episode that I had. Ligaments & tendons were damaged & it takes a bit of time to heal. They are on the mend now I think so with the warmer weather the trike will be back on the agenda. We used to go early in the morning but it has been too cold then also.

Love

Glad you're on the mend. And I was happy to see your new water tank had filled.

I tried out a trike one time that was a "recumbent" and it was so comfy. The seat was like a chair (with a back) rather than a bike seat. But it was also very expensive. Thus I'm still riding my regular bike. I got it for myself for my 50th birthday and rode it to work for years.

Have had BPPV for a few days. It seems to be better today. I think I read someone else (Barbara?) had had it. It is very strange. You are dizzy for no reason.

Well, happy Spring.
