Our National Anthem?

Post by Sue777 »

Couldn't resist.... was feeling inspired and took a shot:

Other forums come and go, they can’t withstand the heat.
But this one came and it’s STILL HERE, it’s one that can’t be beat!

We laugh, we cry, we share our pain, we vent and spill our guts,
And yes at times we disagree and drive each other nuts.

But never do we take a stab or purposely cause pain,
We know first hand by doing that there is nothing to gain.

We are the Potty People - plain and simple - here to stay.
We were the first . . .we’ll be the last . . . don’t care what others say!

that is GREAT, Sue!!!!

Hey, Wayne, could we have a poetry page?? These things are priceless and it would be a shame if they got lost.

Love,

Sally

Hi Sally,

Sure, There's no reason why we shouldn't have a Proper Place to Preserve Potty People Poetry. I Plan to Promptly Prepare a Portal for everyone's Perusal.

Love,

Wow, thanks guys, I'm honored to accept the Graduation Cap Award for the poem, and thrilled we'll have a poetry page! It'll give us all a proper outlet for our creativity attacks, and I think Wayne and Mars should get their "P-itus" replies in there, too!

WE have really made it now - an anthem for the Potty People!!! :pigtail:

Also a poetry room is a great idea but I am sure you will never see any from me there - love to write and am pretty good at it but at poetry I just plain suck.

Hi, Maggie:
This is totally off-topic, but couldn't resist mentioning it because every time I read a post from you I get a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach. No, nothing personal - I assure you - I think you are GREAT, but that avatar of yours!!! That's a great blue Heron, right? That's the same b*stard that has slowly but surely robbed me of my beautiful and loving koi! And he doesn't go for plain gold fish.... oh no - he goes for the 12-16" beautiful koi that would be worth hundreds if I had to buy them that size....the ones I raise from 4" so that I can nurture them and watch them grow!

But since you have one as your avatar, I'm sure there must be something good about them, so please share it with me to help me dissipate some of this anger and hatred towards them! (and yes, as much as I'm serious about a heron killing my fish, I did write this with a smile on my face - just having some fun with you)
