So now, nitrites are good for us. I can remember reading all sorts of articles in the past, about how bad nitrites are for us, when they're used to preserve meats such as bacon. :roll:

Well, after this study I'm sure we'll see a rise in the number of folks going to the ER reporting blood in the urine. LOL :)

And leave my bacon alone thank you very much! Anything bacon flavored has got to be good for you. :)
