Coating for Chicken

Coating for Chicken

1/3 c sweet rice flour
2/3 c tapioca flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp parsley flakes
Mix together and keep in an airtight container
When ready to use take an egg and 2 tablespoons of water and beat.
Dip chicken breasts, strips, etc., in egg and then roll in coating..
You can bake or pan fry in a little oil with this recipe..
