Hi Ya Barb!!! I for one have missed you and I am sure the board has also. I hope things have improved and life is treating you better. I am having some terrible joint issues but Have gone back to my therapy workouts and have discoved that it helps alot. I put a pain patch on each knee and one on my back and off we went to the rodeo. But I am now paying for that.
