Hi Dee,

It can be done by copying and pasting. If the message is still in your Outbox, you can still edit it. If you want to copy it to use somewhere else, just right click anywhere inside the message box, and in the pop-up menu that opens, left click on "Select all". Then right click on the high-lighted message again, and when the pop-up menu opens, left click on the word "Copy". That will copy it to the clipboard in your browser. Then all you have to do is to go to wherever you want to use it, (the recipe forum), and start a new topic, and simply right click in the message window, and then in the pop-up menu that opens, left click on the word "Paste". You can then edit the text in any way you want, before posting it. You will also need to fill in the subject line for the post, of course.

If the message is no longer in your Outbox, it will be in your Sentbox, and you can still copy and paste the text the same way. If I didn't explain some part of this clearly enough, or if you encounter any problems with doing this, please let me know - there are other ways to go about it.

Love,
Tex

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
