Thanks for posting this topic. I totally agree.

Dee, you're awesome. I've noticed that lately, when I log on, the first thing I check for, is new recipes.

Thanks to all your efforts, (and generosity), we're accumulating a truly impressive collection of great tasting GF recipes, and GF cooking tips. Most of us have encountered many GF meals in the past that were not much more than barely tolerable. Your recipes turn GF meals into a gourmet's delight. We can't thank you enough.

The collection so far are recipes that I have and do personally make here at home ..... So they are tested & tried.
