Lemon Sorbet

Lemon Sorbet

1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
Put water & sugar in a saucepan & bring to a boil.
Then take it off the heat & let it cool.
After it is cooled add the lemon juice & zest.
Put it all in a freezable container and freeze.
You can do the same with oranges, limes.....
