You should check out Dee's post in the Receipe section titled "Just learned of this website". Check out the cheeses. A couple have carrageenan listed as ingredients but the others don't. I admit I didn't go line for line with your intolerances, but the ingredients looked pretty "clean" to me.
Just wanted to tell you to check it out since you miss cheese so much.

Hi Shirley,
I had the same thought, (that Polly might be interested in some of those), but closer examination shows that most/all of their products contain significant amounts of corn derivatives, specifically, food starch, (always corn, in the USA, unless otherwise specified), lactic acid, and sorbic acid. Additionally, it's anyone's guess what's in the "natural flavor" and "artificial color", but I'm reasonably confident that they don't contain any of the allergens that their products are claimed to be free of.
For anyone not corn intolerant, though, those products appear to be safe possibilities.
Love,
Tex

Dee is checking out some cheese recipes that I found and posted in the Hello! I'm new here! thread. If she gives her stamp of approval, we may be able to make our own "cheese".

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
