Almond Crackers

Post by Dee »

1 c almond meal
1-1/2 tablespoon oil
1-1/2 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
salt
Mix all together until the ingredients hold together.
Take a cookie sheet and put the mixture in the middle.
Then take a piece of siran or waxed paper and place on top of the mixture.
Using a rolling pin, roll it out thin.
Then take a knife and make cuts of the size that you'd like for your cracker to be.
Bake in a preheated 325 oven for 10-12 minutes.
I adapted this recipe for those of you that can't have egg white. For those that can you can use an egg white in place of the baking powder, oil & water.
