Skillet Breakfast

2 potatoes (boiled the night before & put in the fridge)
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 # keilbasa ( I use Wellshire Farms)
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
pepper to your liking
6 eggs (scrambled) or leave out if you can't have eggs
Heat oil on medium in skillet
Peel and dice potatoes
Add potatoes & chopped onion to skillet
Fry until browned & crisp
Slice keilbasa in rounds
Add to skillet & since it is fully cooked heat thru
Then add scrambled eggs and toss until fluffy.
