I also have on home page--topics --called ADDED PAGES and SEE the page??? and a thing called BOOKMARKS?????
Have they always been there and I missed them???

You missed the "Bookmarks" discussion. It's here, (it was in the Main Message Board forum originally, but I later moved it to the Technical Assistance forum):

I added the "Added Pages" feature four days ago, in case we wanted to add some additional pages of information that would match the existing "theme" of this board. You should be able to see those "Drop-down menu links" at the top of every page. I originally intended to put the "Privacy Policy" on one of those pages, but I decided to just set it up as an HTML page, and let it have it's own link, instead, (the link is just to the right of the "T-Shirts" link). Consequently, there are no added pages in the "Added Pages" menu, at the moment. We could use them for just about anything we want, though.
You're pretty observant. Have you noticed the "Clock" that I added at the left end of the "Who is Online" block, at the bottom of the index page? It's been there for a couple of weeks. If you don't see the clock, just click on the little arrowhead that will appear if you hover the mouse cursor over the f symbol in the circle. IOW, it's a shock wave flash, (swf) icon.

I'm not Barbara (obviously - ha) but I did notice the "Added pages"/"See the page" for the same reason Barbara did. 
I didn't see the clock but it is very neat. I like it. Makes me wonder how much other stuff you "sneak in" and we never notice it until it's pointed out. HaHa
