Well it is time for me to sign off and say good night to of my friends;
Was feeling lousy all day, felt like I had the flu, and my cheeks were flushed and hot to touch, no fever though. I tend to never have a fever, even with infections. So I took it easy, helped my brother do a few things and then took a nap. I find if I don't get my naps in, I just can't make it though the day.

And on the other note, I did not get to go to the gay pride parade, as it was so hot, and I knew I wasn't up to par, and so I decided to stay home. There is always next year.

Have to go pick up my new glasses tomorrow, bi-focals, a new thing for me, but they are the new kind that has no lines. They said it might take me awhile to get use to them, but once I do it will be much easier to go from distance reading to reading close-up, as I am having ahard time with that at the momment.

Morning Wendy,

The no-line bifocals are great. At first you might feel a little off balance since there are different distances at different areas in the glasses but you will settle in real fast. They are great.

Hope you are feeling much better today. This heat is making everyone feel lousy and from the weather I am seeing you are just as hot there.
