Changs resturant--more chit chat

Post by barbaranoela »

Yesterday we took our friends to Changs--located in Westchester---their first time and they luved it
As usual the food--great--- so after eating we strolled around the fancy-schamancey--area of these high rise apartments that over look the Hudson River ---and the outline of New York City looked like a humongous oil painting---it was sooooo beautiful---

To think -that where I once lived is now becoming more ritzy is amazing---and I betcha megga $$$$ too--

And the waiter--a delighful young man---told us that Changs--in Tucson--was the very first one to open---

Also!!!!! tah-dah~~~~~ I TASTED the flavor of Canteloupe!!!!!! step by step---first a piece of CHOLOLATE and now this!!!!
Tried the canteloupe again---and *nadda* --now I am digging into peanut butter/chocolate ice cream---

And CHEF LUCIANO performed his talents ---sliced--and flavor breaded the egg plant and later on will throw some sauce--which I MADE --- with MUTTzarella and thus will appear egg-plant parm----

To add---thats for him---cus I dont like egg plant---what can I say!!!!! I am having left over Changs!!!

till later--

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
