I had the Tinkyada(sp/?) spaghetti the other night. It really wasn't bad at all. I couldn't believe all the starch, though.

Did you find my post about how to rinse it in cold water for at least 30-40 seconds and then return it to the empty pot, then turn the heat to medium to absorb the excess moisture????
In the beginning I tried the corn type, etc... and the only one I didn't find yucky was Tinky'ada...
It is the only brand I will buy to use with pasta sauces, the penne or elbow kind to make macaroni salad. I use the fetticinni ones as noodles. I just break them in half.
