Want to clarify my post from last week. There is a way to get around the fact that EL does not have the licensing required for NY after all. I sent another email & followed up with a call. This time I apparently spoke to someone who was in the know.
We are using a friend's address in another state for the kit delivery and we CAN mail it out from NY (this is where the original misunderstanding arose). They will keep this out-of-state address in their records for snail mailing of test results if needed.
They are working on reinstating NY priviliges-wouldn't you know if we had ordered them over a month ago there would be no issue!
Sure glad I didn't give up. Now hopefully some answers ahead...

Sue,
I'm glad you found a solution. If you give them your e-mail address, they will e-mail you the results, and you'll get them quicker that way, also.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
Good News!
That's great. Glad you didn't give up, too.
