Nuts, Corn, And Popcorn, And Diverticular Disease

Post by tex »

Hi All,

Remember when doctors told anyone with diverticulosis to avoid nuts, corn, popcorn, vegetables and berries with small seeds, etc? Well never mind, 'cause now they admit that they just made all that up.

It turns out, now that they finally got around to researching it, just the opposite is true - nuts, corn, and popcorn actually help to prevent diverticulosis.

Hmmmmmmmmm. They've reversed their opinions on so many things in last few years that it's getting to be hard to keep track of all of them. I can't wait to see what they confess to next.
