we are having problems with both puters and right now the lap top is hanging in--

No, but I haven't had a chance to check my e-mail in the last couple of hours. I'll check it right quick, but I have to go back to work pretty soon, so if you don't hear from me right away, I'll be studying the problem while I'm at work, and I'll write when I get back in a couple of hours or so.
