hey everyone, I'm doing ok. prednisone still helping and still taking it.
here my questions. I want some french fries in the worse way. but with my ibs i'm unable to have anything fried or greasy. is there a way i can make french fries and it not being greasy?
any advice or ideas are welcome.
also did the lactose free/dairy free for the week. yeh diary makes me bloated but it was very hard not eating cheese so i guess im gonna have to keep plenty of gas-x in my medicine cabinets.

Hi Tami,
Sure, you can bake them. Here are about 40 or 50 different recipes for baked French fries. Go through some of these recipes, and pick one that looks good, that doesn't call for too much oil, or anything else that bothers you. Just click on the title of each one, to see each recipe:

Thanks for the update. It's good to hear that you're still doing OK.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
