Roast Chicken

1 (4-5 lb)  roasting chicken
1 tablespoon olive oil
1-2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning (or to taste)
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
3 whole garlic cloves 
1/2 onion
1/2 of a lemon 
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Rinse and pat dry chicken.
Rub with olive oil and sprinkle lemon pepper all over.
Place quarters of onion, garlic cloves, sprigs of rosemary & squeeze juice of the lemon half in the cavity.
Roast at 375 degrees, in a shallow, uncovered pan for 90 minutes and check for the internal temperature of the breast meat to be 180 degrees.
