Hi All,
For a brew that was once claimed to be so bad for us, coffee is now viewed in a radically different light. Now, researchers claim that it can help to protect against diabetes, liver cancer, cirrhosis, and Parkinson's disease, for starters.

Researchers seem to be hell-bent to prove that all the things that they once claimed were bad for us, are now good for us.
I wonder what'll be next.

Coffee Is Now Almost A Wonder Drink
It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
And vice versa........many things they said were good for us are now bad, like vitamin E and A supplements and margarine instead of butter (trans fats - horrors!). I always like to hear coffee extolled, since I drink about 3 cups (or more) a day. Thanks for the good news.
Love,
Polly
