I found a good recipe on Elizabeth's Caveman Recipe blog......it's called Salsa Pulled Pork. Here it is:
Place a pork tenderloin (mine was about 1 and 1/4 pounds) in the bottom of a crockpot. Pour over one jar of salsa (I used picante sauce). Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Shred pork with two forks.
Enjoy! Couldn't be easier.
