Hi Marta! Thank you for your sweet reply. It means a lot to be able to talk to people who understand the daily challenges of this disease and what it’s like to go through it.

I completely agree – when I was able to add lamb in, it really did feel like a victory. I’ve been having trouble with adding any new veggies, though it may be because I’ve been selecting ones that aren’t agreeing with me for whatever reason (sweet potatoes, carrots, rutabaga; maybe too much starch?). Or maybe the spoonful amount I try to test initially is still too much. Next test, I’m going to try only one piece of whatever it is, like the size of a blueberry, and see how that goes.

I like your method of only trying a portion once and waiting 3 days to see how you react before trying again. I might start doing that too.
