I have LC and Dermatomyositis, a close cousin to Lupus. DM preceded the LC, but we didn't know it at the time. I'm severely gluten and dairy intolerant, less so for soy. When my skin disease was really bad, I got 60% improvement on the Autoimmune Paleo diet. You might look there for recipe and diet tips. Any tiny gluten exposure now wakes up my rash for weeks.

I hope you find that treating your LC with diet and supplements also brings about remission for your Lupus!
