I don't know enough about k2 to feel qualified to advise you about it. I can't take it myself, because I'm taking a blood thinner. That said, I probably would be taking it if I weren't taking the blood thinner. Maybe someone else that knows more about it.

Gabes, Tex,

Been trying to start magnesium, but struggling to find the exact recommended product. I found Magnesium Bisglycinate capsules, 200mg. It caused D. I can only find capsules, no tablets, and I don’t see Elemental Magnesium ingredient detail, just magnesium and amount per serving mg. This is true of the Doctors best brand on Amazon too. So, if it’s in capsule form, can I just open it and reduce the dose throughout the day?
Wish I knew how much Elemental Magnesium in these products.

Ready for any and all recommendations.

Thanks,
Onebigpill

Sorry for the confusion, but if you're looking at Doctors Best Brand Magnesium Glycinate, yes, the serving size is 200 mg. But that's two capsules. Each capsule contains 100 mg of magnesium. I take three capsules (total) per day, but I only take one capsule with each meal. If you don't space out the doses during the day, it will probably cause diarrhea, and at the very least, most of the magnesium will be wasted, because we can only absorb so much magnesium at any given time. Don't worry about the "elemental" specification. Just consider that each capsule of Doctors Best Magnesium Glysinate will provide you with 100 mg of magnesium.
